Considering the pajama bomb Marc Jacobs dropped on us and the irrepressible longing for the 90’s, the slip dress – their lovechild – trend was actually sort of a given. Because apparently our outdoor clothes are not good enough to wear outdoors anymore. I, personally, am a big fan of the concept since I watched the episode where Carrie wears *that* dress to her first date with Mr.Big and… well we all know what happened afterwards. To be honest there is always the possibility of walking around like a billboard screaming, to put it neatly, I am “ready” to go to bed any minute – however it is completely up to you, how you choose to look. Take Hanneli in Paris for instance, she looks like she can be the next first lady. Or teamed with a hard ass jacket, you are a living epiphany of 90’s grunge meets generation Y. I say, let’s do it!
