All Hail White Sneakers

veronica white sneakersI can’t even begin to tell you how happy I am that for the first time since I’ve got into fashion, I’m shopping for flats – not just for the sake of my soles but to fulfill a “trendential” need.

Why, you ask? For one, has any of you seen high heels on the runway for f/w 2014 collections, because I have not. Everywhere I look I see brogues. And this season is all about loafers, b&w ones to be more accurate with a golden touch (thank you Celine and Marni, thank you more Jeffrey Campell and Mango). On the streets? Snekaers. Lots of sneakers. White sneakers. Lots, lots of white sneakers. Adidas, Nike, Reebok, Zanotti; high-tops, low-tops; classics, contemporary ones. Don’t have one yet? Me neither. Let’s buy one together.

  1. I’ve always loved white sneakers, low top for me! I bought sneakers last summer but they were blue/white nike’s and another pair just blue. Don’t know why I didn’t get white! Thanks to your article, I’ll be buying some soon. Thank you
